How long will my wallet last?

Individual usage varies greatly. To ensure top quality, we sourced excellent material among many different options and through exhaustive rounds of prototyping with our manufacturer, we've dialed these wallets to exacting specifications. We hold very high and strict standards of excellence so that it will translate into a product that is loved and will last as long as possible. It's common for our wallets to last a year or more (some have left us reviews on Amazon stating that their wallets have lasted 2-3 years), while there are others who've stated theirs lasted for 6 months before fraying began. Once again, due to individual usage, the wallet's duration will vary. One thing to keep in mind, periodic maintenance (trimming off loose threads, etc.) will help keep your wallet looking great for a long time. 

Why are your wallets (and other products) so slim, minimal, and cool looking?

Well gosh, what a totally legitimate and unbiased question! ;) That's really what we're all about- creating simple, aesthetically cool, minimalist products.

In the case of our wallets, many people really only use a few cards and some spare cash (in case of emergency) yet they carry around a huge wallet full of all sorts of unnecessary things. With this in mind, we got to work sourcing the best materials and finding the best manufacturer for our wallets. After numerous prototypes we created what we believe to be the best solution for a minimalist wallet. The idea behind our wallets is to carry only what you use everyday and nothing else. We love what we've come up with and we think you'll love it too!

We've taken these same concepts and applied them to our other products- making sure that our customers only receive the best!

Is there a warranty on your wallets?

Purchases made on InfinitySupply.co:

If your purchase is made on our website, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If through regular use your wallet falls apart within 3 months of the purchase date, rendering it unusable, please contact Customer Support: . We will review your request on a case by case basis. 

Purchases made on Amazon:

Purchases made on Amazon.com are eligible for their 30 day return policy. We do not offer warranties outside of Amazon's 30 day return policy for purchases made on Amazon.com.

What is your return policy?

RETURN POLICY 

Items must be purchased from InfinitySupply.co (for Amazon purchases, please see "AMAZON" below).

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Returned orders must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before your order is returned to InfinitySupply.co.

Orders over 10 units are not eligible for returns.

International orders are not eligible for returns.

We do not refund shipping costs to receive or return product.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.

 

REFUND PROCESS

1. Email Customer Support within 30 days of your purchase date through the "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of our website.

2. Include your Name, Order Number, Item Name(s), Quantity, and Reason for Return in your email.

3. You will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Support. 

4. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package you return your product in. This is how we identify your return and it also allows for quicker processing times.

**Failure to provide us with an RMA number will result in $5 being deducted from the total refund amount.

 

AMAZON

If your purchase is made on Amazon.com you are entitled to their 30 day return policy. Amazon handles all our fulfillment (shipping and returns) for the sale of our products on Amazon.com. Therefore, to request a refund, you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support directly. They will provide you with information on how to return your product for a refund.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to all countries around the world.

What is your return policy for international orders?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on international orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

After a 24 hour processing period, domestic orders generally take 3-4 business days to arrive. International orders should arrive according to standard shipping times (12-15 days typically). International shipping timeframes may be slightly longer due to our negotiating lower shipping rates for you. Please allow sufficient time for your product to arrive.

Is tracking available for my purchase?

Tracking is available on domestic orders. Unfortunately international shipments do not include tracking. 

How do I use my wallet?

Step 1- Empty the contents of your huge, bulky wallet onto the counter top and separate the contents into two piles: 1- the cards and items (including cash) you use everyday and 2- the items you do not.

Step 2- Select a few bills, for spare cash, from the pile (for example- a $10 and a $20 dollar bill) then fold and place in the center "thru pocket" of your Infinity Wallet. Now place the cards you use everyday in the two outer pockets, separating them evenly, with your most used cards facing outward in each pocket for quick and easy access.

Step 3- The remaining cash and any important cards from the pile that you don't use everyday, but are still important to keep (things such as restaurant punch cards, gift cards, parking validation tickets, etc) can be stored somewhere other than your "everyday carry wallet." For example, they could be placed in another infinity wallet that you keep in your car or you could even keep them in your old wallet. This makes your daily carry a much slimmer, lighter load.

Step 4- Grab a garbage can and place it on the ground next to the counter. With your "good" arm, swipe across the counter top, pushing all your excess wallet content into the trash.

Step 5- Never go back to a huge, bulky wallet again. "Simplify Your Life" and do without all the excess clutter moving forward with Infinity Wallet.
